Q. What style of music are you doing right now and what stirred up the passion of music in you?
A. Afro RnB. Stirred up? Sincerely I grew up with music around me.


Q. When did you begin your music career and how has the journey been so far?
A. I began way back 2004. Journey has been rough,very rough.

Q. What do you think are the problems upcoming artistes are facing in the music industry, Nigeria?
A.  1) Funds 2)Acceptance 3) Stereotypes

Q. What do you think can be done to solve these problems you highlighted above?
 A. I doubt anything can be done,we just keep praying and pushing till we get there.

Q. Mention few things you think upcoming artistes can do to come to limelight?
A. 1) Be consistent 2) Make use of socials and strategy 3) Pray hard mhenn 4) just keep putting something good out.

Q. What role can government play to support the music industry, most especially the upcoming artistes? 
A. do they care?



Q. Are you a signed under a management/ label or are you the one pushing your music by yourself?
A.  been pushing myself for myself oooooo

Q. In the area of promotion, what are the challenges involved?
A. Funds are a big problem,no money no promo. Nobody is gonna help you and even if the help comes it isn't a strong one to push through.

Q. How do you fund or source for  artistes don’t get endorsement from corporate brands no matter how small the deal could be?
A.  It is a Nigerian thing,nobody sees you till you are big,so why would they come for us when we are small?


Q. Who are your role model and mentor in the music industry? 
A. Everybody making a positive impact is my role model.

Q. Mention five artistes that inspire you with their music?
A. Burna boy , Rotimi, Chris brown,Yemi alade and 2baba


Q. How often do you write songs and what gives you inspiration when writing your songs? 
A. Very often.The inspiration comes from anything,all I need to know is what am I singing about.


Q. When a producer gives you a beat to voice over, would you prefer to freestyle on the beat or you will write the lyrics first then voice over? 
A. Well my style is to write out my lyrics then come voice it.


Q. What are the challenges you are having with producers when working on a music project?
A.  Creativity. Most producers do not listen to the artiste. Music is creativity and mixture of ideas is needed.


Q. What is your definition of music?
A. Music to me is sweet sound that can be related to.


Q. What are the qualities of good music?
A.  It must be loved by the listener.Music to me may be noise to you. This is what we must accept in Nigeria. We have for too long been stereotypical about the music per time we accept.


Q. Do you think Nigerian artistes are still producing good music?
A. Yes , everyone is working hard to drop good songs


Q. Where do you see yourself in the next ten years in the music industry?
A. In 10 years time,I see me helping some other artiste achieve their dreams.


Q. Who do you intend to work with, in the music industry?
A.  Well,anyone good enough to push me forward,I'm so open.


Q. Have you faced any form of sexual violence/ sexual harassment before?
A. No


Q. Tell us about your upbringing?
A. I was brought up by strict school loving parents,so I was all of book reading,church going and just simple living.


Q. While growing up, did you by any chance enjoy parental love?
A.  100%


Q. Did your parents like your decision in becoming a musician and are they giving all the necessary support you need?
A.  Well, I did not tell my dad, my mum had no issue with it. 


Q. Did you by any chance have sex education at home? 
A. A few times from dad.


Q. If yes, how often did you have sex education at home?
A. Just a few warnings


Q. Do you think it is difficult to control sexual urge? 
A. Nah,just don't have sex till you marry, you won't have a control problem.


Q. What is the root of domestic violence against women?
A. Culture,we need to change some stupid culture.


Q. What is your say on Children regarding sex and sexuality?
 A. Well,let's raise kids to understand the evil in sex.


Q. Does the media has a role to play regarding sex and sexuality? 
A. well the social media is a dumping ground for everyone,you come in and harvest what you want. Media moves like fire,so it is a great tool to the elite.

Q. Do you think religious leaders are doing enough regarding sex education?
A. Damn,some religious leaders no try. I will still say culture kills them. You know how they treat people who had sex in church nau,or shey na sharia,you sabi as the punishment be nau. No room for rehab or helping. They are not doing good sef.



Q. Do you think it is healthy for women to go into prostitution? 
A. Very bad please.



Q. We have a lot of youths delving into pornographic business in Nigeria, what is your thought on this? 
A. Their decision,they know what it will bring, except those forced into it and it is a way back thing all over the world. Can we really do a thing about it?



Q. What role do you think we can play as individual or collectively as a society to create a sexually disciplined Nigeria? 
A. Continuous Advocacy and Education. We begin with the kids,add it to the curriculum.


Q. Who is your role model regarding sexual discipline?
 A. None.I just do right.


Q. What is your view about sex?
A.  it is for the married o.

A  it should be taught


Q. What is your word of encouragement to all coming artistes out-there?
A. No give up,keep pusing. We sef still dey push
